I noticed this guitar at my local music center. I picked it up originally only to compare to the Yamaha I had previously boughten a little over a year previously. Holy cow was I taken back. This guitar sounds BETTER than the Taylors I tried. I could not believe the sound that came out. NO fret buzz and it just sounded beautiful. I'm a college student and cash is low, but SOMEDAY it will be in my hands!

This is a great acoustic...very comparable to a Seagull S6 or a breedlove Passport 20, it's has a little more playability than the breedlove with a bigger sound, and the major difference between the seagull S6 is the neck feel both are good, the yamaha being more traditional, set up was very good, no adjustment needed to made what so ever, the sound is also very clear, especially in the mid-range, sounds is very comparable to a Taylor in that respect, but not quite as loud, but for the $$ its hard to beat, fit and finish was extremely well done, solid sitka spruce top, with sycamore back and sides, this guitar should only get better with age

My wife and I set out to originally buy a Martin but I found this beauty on the wall and played on it..kept going back to it and ultimately ended up purchasing it! The only problem that I can see is with the humidity levels as it seems to dry out rather fastly. I am from Pennsylvania and it is winter so forced air heating requires me to use Dampits but other than that it sounds just gorgeous! I use martin light gauge strings on it and it still shines! Love the flamed maple and I get compliments on it all the time! Thank you. I only wish it had a pickup in it. Buy this guitar, you won't be dissapointed!

I've played guitar on and off for a good 40 years, and just got back into an "on period" (hopefully for good). I got this guitar to replace my old acoustic, and I was impressed at its quality, feel, and sound from the first strum. The neck is smooth and fretting the strings (even the heavier than I'm used to Yamaha strings that come with it) is as easy as on my Strat. This guitar is steal at the price.

I have been playing guitar for 29 years now. I have a nice collection of instruments, and to this point a 1979 Ibanez Artist Series had been my acoustic of choice. I have an assortment of Ibanez and Takamine guitars, not ever wanting to spend too much (my first very expensive guitar will be an artist series tobacco strat, and I work too hard to blow my money on that now). My Ibanez's soundboard split on me after moving from New Mexico to Missouri years ago. It held on until just recently, and ultimately a truss rod break blew it out. I was sad, and needed a guitar that could fill it's shoes...and in my collection there was not one. I purchased this guitar hoping that after some time, seasoning and setup it might come close. After having it for a month, I will tell you this: twice the price or half, and straight out of the box this is the best sounding and playing guitar I've ever had. It is a workhorse, you can play out on it without worrying (or tuning every night...which is nice). It looks a lot better than the pic - the back and sides are flamed and nicely bookmatched. The neck has a nice contrast and the body has nice binding (matching the neck and headstock). Tuners are solid for stock tuners - the quality vs. price ratio on this instrument is awesome. Don't hesitate.
