I'm comparing this axe to a pretty cool epi sheratin and an american strat. The ps80 is smaller than I thought. About the size of my LP. This axe is FUN to play. It feels like a low end guitar. The neck is sealed and feels good but the headstock feels rough. the action came way too high. I straightened the neck, changed strings, dropped the action and entinated. Still wouldn't stay in tune. Filed V slots into the nut so the strings wouldn't stick and it stayed in tune for about a half hour. Went back to play later and the axe was still in tune! The body feels great, neck feels good. This is no LP by any means but the wood and pups sound GOOD! Plays kinda like a strat. Sounds "sharp, crisp" but can sound toney like an LP,too. Nice. I don't care who you are, the strap is cool. Don't front, you know it is! Bag is cool too, if you're a KISS fan. I like that although it's still a gigbag, it has a little protection where the head is so the string ends (pointy) won't tear the bag, nice. 2 pouches, 2 shoulder straps, 1 set of handles. OK for from car to door. It's a gigbag. I will change out the nut, tuners (these are really cheap) and bridge. I like to play funk grooves and pull off chicken pickin licks with this bad boy on a clean channel. Sounds really good clean. sound good with EX, too. Not being a Rockafeller I'm using Wasabi OD & distortion, a Crybaby wah, Fender chorus & flange, Behinger reverb & multifx (I use the harmonizer setting)and a digitek delay. Then I can kick on the Wasabi distorion and this axe rages all 80's style. Yeah it's oldskool. I even started belting blues, haven't done that in a while. I would be P.O.'d if I paid more for this setup but for the Hunny I paid and the extra love it'll take this could be a pro gigging axe and I don't regret buying it one bit! My 12 year old daughter thinks it's great so it must be cool. The picks that come with it are light but playable, might slip in sweaty though. I don't know what to say about the PS pic. It's a picture, not a poster. I gave it to the wife, see where it ends up. Through the cable onto the cable pile, it's probably 6' and looks serviceable. All in all pretty awesome if a little TLC is applied!

The bag, picks and the picture wasnt really my thing but I love the guitar and I kept the strap since iI really dont have one. When I first got it I was surprised how good it looked.. pictures here doesnt do justice. I plugged it in my amp and it sounds awesome! I have been playing for 3 years now and this is seriously my best guitar. I recommend this to any guitar player out there!

I purcchased this for my 13 year old son. I've been a musician for 30 years and have owned several guitars expensive and cheap. This is one jewel of a guitar even if it cost four times as much it would be worth it. The finish was above par and the action was very good right out of the box. Trust me you will not be dissapointed with this guitar.

I'm a Washburn & KISS fan so I ordered this guitar after only seeing pictures. The pics don't do it justice. When I took it out of the box it took my breath away. This beaut is a real jewel & I can't stop looking at it. Wicked design, Amazing fit & finish. Plugged into a Line6 Spider III 75 watt & and it SCREAMED. Great sustain & tone. This axe is an AMAZING buy for the money- It'll rock with the best of 'em. I could sit down & play it just fine. Tip: Don't judge a guitar by a worn out store display. Gig bag is a little garish for my taste, but it's surprisingly well padded. All said, this is one of the BEST buys I have ever made.

I bought this guitar a few months ago and was amazed by the quality for such a low price. It played and sounded great. I put some Seymour Duncan 59's on it and some slinky's, and it is even better. It has become my favorite in my collection of guitars and I have some very nice guitars.
