No plain Jane here! The mahogany top, back, and sides on this Washburn acoustic are complemented with a stunning inlaid wood rosette and backstrip that make this guitar look like it should be twice the price! The great finish is offset by a multilaminated top binding and single-strip back and neck binding. A trademark of the Washburn brand is the flatter neck, which makes it easier to play, especially if this is your first acoustic. Finished with a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, die-cast tuners, and pearloid dot fingerboard inlays, this is a guitar you will be proud to own. If you are an experienced player this makes a great second guitar for travel. As with all Washburn guitars, it comes with a limited LIFETIME WARRANTY. Rest assured—you have 125 years of guitar making in every Washburn!

Wanted a guitar so my friends could jam with me when there here. Great guitar for the price. The action on mine was perfect, right out of the box. Low with a little string buzz, just the way I like it.

Great for the price

the guitar is great for the price. however, the string is really very far from the fret bar. it is very difficult to press the bar chord for beginner. your hand will get tired really soon if you love playing Jack Johson's songs (most of bar chords). Besides this down side, it has great sound and great quality overall. I would recommend to people who has played guitar for a while and wants a cheap and great value guitar. I would also recommend those beginners spending a little more money to buy a Fender DG8s value pack! you wont regret!!

I've had this guitar for about 5 years and have been really impressed. The only thing I've had go wrong with it was when I was replacing the strings and in the process of tightening the strings the nut cracked and broke on the 6th string. It wasn't a big problem I just went to the music store and replaced it with a better one. It stays in tune for along time. I had to set it up when I got it because the neck wasn't straight and made it buzz. I use martin super light strings which sound the best in my experience. Best sounding out of all my friends.

I have owned this guitar for about 2 years now and I am still impressed with it. I pretty much learned how to play guitar on it. I promise you, if you are looking for an entry level guitar to learn on, you will not be disappointed. It's cheap, easy to play, and stays in tune. For the money, there is nothing better. Period.

I've been playing guitar for over 25 years and have owned many guitars. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I received my D100DL. Setup was right on the money for me. Fantastic inlay and finish and pretty decent sound for the money. If you are looking for an entry level guitar, you can't go wrong.
