I bought this guitar expecting just something cheap and playable. What I got was ten times better than what I expected. Excellent craftmanship and good sound. I replaced the plastic nut and saddle with buffalo bone and that's when my socks got knocked off. It went from sounding good to a very strong pronounced toneful guitar. With two little inexpensive part changes this is now my favorite acoustic guitar. Not to mention excellent electronics. Couldn't be happier with performance or price.

This was my first classical guitar and I couldn't be happier. It has a great feel and the tone was amazing as soon as i bought some decent strings. It sounds great plugged in too!

The tuners are horrible, they tend to allow the guitar to untune itself, and while this is somewhat common, it happens very frequent with this guitar. The pickup sounds nice and bright, I play flamenco and I am happy with this, if you are looking for deep tone this is not your instrument. The fretting is a little cheap and the action is too high for my taste, but this makes a wonderful addition to my office for light practice. It is smooth and fluid to play, but only after the factory strings are replaced. Great intro guitar for those intrested in classical stylings.

Keep in mind that this is a very low cost instrument. It is attractive, and assembled well and finished adequately. Neck is true. Frets are good enough. Good tone unplugged. The B-Band piezo and preamp are great (really). Low feedback.

Problems: A. Loose cables inside that moved and were picked up by the piezo. C. Nut and bridge a bit too high. D. The tuners stick in the headstock.

High action took it out of tune. Overall tuning was off up to 5 Hz w/respect to open strings. That doesn't sound good.

These problems aren't unusual. Any guitar you buy will need a setup. Buy it. Take it to a luthier. If he can't dial it in, just send it back. I did the work myself. The result is good for amplified use. Glad I bought it.
