Wow - great deal

Just got this amp - I plugged it in right away and after a little rocking out through the built-in speaker, I was kinda "meh" about it -not bad but not instantly stoked on it. To me, it just had that "little amp" sound. And then in the manual I read "Trust us, you have to hear this through a 4 x 12" cab!" Yeah sure, ok...so...I used the speaker out and plugged this into my Marshall JCM 900 cab.

WOW.

Rich. Full. And LOUD - later we played this rig at practice with drums and it was loud and clear enough for us to hear easily.

I am all about good deals and was skeptical about this one. Not anymore! Crank this little guy and be amazed at what 4 watts can do.

this thing is amazing, awesome sounding, perfect warm tube sound, with the clean tones, sounds amazing with an American Deluxe Tele, (thats all i have put through it so far) recorded a few tracks with it and i can put it on 4 watts and crank it loud and get SICK tone!! and i have even put it on 1/4 of a watt and recorded with it and just cranked my pre amp on my mic and you get the sickest room tone!! aaaammmmaazzing amp! buy it! now. there is no difference between this amp and the one with the 10 inch speaker, except the price. buy it. soooo good.

very nice looking little amp. sounds great, the classic tube sound is awesome for such a small little thing. Very loud, u wouldnt believe it is only 4 watts. my only complaint is that it may be too loud for bedroom practice, even with the reducer set to 1/4 W, it may be too loud for practice if u want that awesome sounding crunch. overall though, i am very pleased!

I liked the idea of a bedroom level practice. On the <1 watt setting with the volume pot on the guitar @ 12 this little guy distorts great. Clear to crunchy. So fun and no bleeding ears. If you are looking for a quiet amp that sounds great this is it. Solidly built. Good looking. I recommend it.
