I really wanted to hear this before I bought it but I couldn't find one anywhere so I took the plunge. I had a hard time dialing in an acceptable tone. Lots of 60 cycle noise and distortion artifacts. Construction quality seems low, especially for a pedal in this price range. I've decided to return it.

I have to admit I bought this pedal due to it's name. I'm not a special effects guru. I might even call myself a Beatles tribute band want-to- be. But this pedal sounds O so close to what you hear George playing esp. in the earlier years. It is a bit noisy but if you find the sweet spot with the settings you will go back into time to Studio 2.

I have one and it's so noisy that it is impossible to use it.I use it at the end of my chain in front of an amp or a pa system and both are noisy maybe it's a bad one but all I can say is I regret that buy

This pedal sounds excellent, both through my amps and through the sound systems I've used. I was mostly looking for a pedal that could offer the amp emulation to run direct at church without bringing my POD. This works perfectly for my needs, and has more presence than my POD (and fits on my pedal board). Works really well with my other pedals as well. I mostly have it set up as clean - character around 12:00-1:00, drive around 8-9:00, eq mostly straight up, with a little extra on the bass. And when I turn up the character and drive it offers a very nice overdrive, from subtle to thick. But like I said, I am typically leaving it as a clean to slightly dirty setup, and using my other overdrive pedals in front. Very very happy with it.
