I had wanted to play guitar since 2007. I saved up money to buy a guitar, and I was reviewing all the acoustic guitars on this site, and I came across this one, and bought it in the end of january, got it in february, 2009. It is exactly what I was looking for. It is absolutely gorgeous, it has an amazing sound, and it stays in tune for a long time. It's quality exceeds the price. My advice, is, buy it!

I purchased this guitar at my local music store and I didnt even have to play it!! I picked it up looked at it and said I'll take it. It plays better than my brothers JUMBO ALVEREZ. I didnt like the d'addario 13s it came with and that is probobly the worst thing about it.

Mine is black. I Bought it in 1993 with my first Navy paycheck in San Diego out of 20 that I played. People with much more expensive guitars offered to trade me for theirs....my mother, who has a 1971 Martin D41 prefers this guitar over that.

I replaced the tuning machines, lowered the action, added a inline pickup and the ONLY complaint I have about this guitar is the saddle is coming apart, and has been since its birth. I have jammed, clubbed, beached and rainstormed this guitar and it just will not die! Phosphor bronze makes this baby purr like a kitten and she has been around the world with me and back....and still gets played as much as my other more expensive guitars. For a cheap guitar, I will have to claim the prize for longevity!

I only give feathures, quality and overall a 4.5 because the tuners were really cheap. If the quality is the same today as it was back then, I would buy it all over again, no matter how much money I had!

Great buy for the money, and mine came with a hardcase. Really a good starter guitar. My friend who's experianced with guitar played it and said it was great. For the money, you can't go wrong.

I started playing a year ago, and the Jasmine S33 was my first guitar. It's a very good guitar for the price, you even get a hard case with it. If you want to start playing guitar and are trying to find something cheap, this is definitely the guitar for you. I would recommend changing the strings as soon as you get it, the strings that come with it are not good. I definitely don't regret purchasing this guitar and would recommend this guitar to anybody, even if they're not a beginner.
