I bought this about six years ago when I made next to no money. If you're looking for a review that compares this to a Taylor or a Martin, look elsewhere. My review is quite simply as follows: if you're looking for a beater guitar or one that you can take to camp, you can get a better sound out of something at a lower price point. It sounded somewhere between 'OK' and 'pretty good' when I got it and I had hoped that it would improve with age as the wood matured, but that has not happened. It actually sounds thinner and thinner as the days go by to the point where I really don't play it anymore. If someone stole it, I would not replace it. In fact, I'd be happy. Happier still if said thief left behind, say, two or three hundred dollars to defray the cost of something else.

I bought this guitar almost 4 years ago and I am still very happy with my purchase. It has a great, rich warm tone when unplugged, and When I plug it in to my Crate acoustic amp it sounds even better. After four years of everyday use it has held up wonderfully. The only problem that I've ever had is that one of the tuning pegs is a little jiggly, but it still stays in tune really well.

I have had many Acoustic guitars and this one ranks near the top in sound, Construction and beauty. The Cedar top adds a Vintage vibe to the good looks of this guitar. In this price range this is the best! Bravo Takamine!

I went into the music store looking for a cheap acoustic to play around with at camp since I'm an electric player. I saw that guitar and the sales man had me try it and it blew me away. I had been looking at an Ibanez acoustic but that changed when I played this one. Great sound, great quality, my only problem with it is that the battery light doesn't always come on when there's full battery. Check it out and buy it now. Great guitar Takamine.

Just purchased the guitar while looking for guitar for good value. PERFECT! Tried several and prices jumped up and down, suddenly the 330s appeared and I loved it.... really. I simply couldn't resist. To those who haven't, TRY IT you will not regret.
