I've had my EF341 since 1996. Mine has no cutaway which makes it rare I think. It is one of 3 TAKS I have owned. If you perform, BUY ONE. I use both EF341 and EF381EC (12). I don't need the Eagles or Bruce or Toby Keith to tell me anything I don't already know. For the money, it's the best sound and look and feel you could ever ask for in one guitar. I have a real job, but I play my TAK in clubs FOR MONEY every weekend. This guitar rocks.

So after buying and selling/returnig 2 gibsons and 2 taylors I have found the perfect guitar as long as it is plugged in. Unplugged it hasn't much volume. But plugged in it has a prefectly even volume on all strings, is easy to play ( after a little work on the saddle), the fret board is smooth and dense. I absoutly love the sound and playability of this guitar. I'll stick to my Martin for unplugged enjoyment though.

I have owned my EF341 for 9 years and I love it. It has a great sound and it plays so easy. I can't say that it is better than some of the higher-end Gibsons or Martins that cost thousands of dollars, but I will say that there is nothing even close to the price that can compare to the sound and feel of this guitar.

I have owned my Tak for over 16 years. I have played it everywhere and it is the best guitar in my opinion. Very good value and they just get better with age.

I keep getting convinced

I've owned the EF341SC for about three years and every year I go down to the guitar store thinking "wouldn't it be nice to get a new guitar?", yet when I sit down with a Martin or a Taylor or a Gibson I find the sound just doesn't compare with my Tak. Every year I get convinced all over again that the EF341SC is just a great great sounding guitar and a tremendous value relative to other guitars. My highest praise, unplugged or plugged in.
