Marginally pleased

I love the sounds. It is a little noisy, especially if you use the mic preamp. Mine has had to be serviced twice because it powers on and off intermittantly. I don't travel with it, but use it weekly 2-3 times. If it were more stable, I'd love it.

I have been looking for replace some older Roland effects that I've been using for acoustic/electric performances. Given TC's rep I decided to try this unit out despite the relatively high cost. The effects are very high quality (which is what you'd expect from TC). While each effect is configurable the options are not as comprehensive as you would expect on say a rack based unit. That's okay with me but others may be disappointed given the cost of the unit. The ability to integrate a microphone (dynamic or condenser) is a major plus. This unit really does make it possible for solo performer to control all aspects of one's sound. While one may be able to get the same functionality from a TC rack unit for less money having the functionality in a floor effect makes it worth the cost. It's built like a tank so I'm sure that it will last for many years.
