This is by-far the best guitar I have ever bought. Trust me it is worth the money. The sound quality is amazing. I berly ever have to tune it because it is made so well it doesn't come out of tune. The paint on it is flawless. It is a very good looking guitar. Just the other night a played at a concert and I got a lot of people that told me I have a nice guitar and asking were I got it.

Just received the Cayman Blue today. Looks are awesome, feel is great, tones are endless, and all for $350.00. You can't go wrong with this guitar. It screams in highs, has mellow lows, frets are nicely dressed and fat, and a neck that is so smooth you can easily mistake it for a guitar 5 times its price. Only complaint is if you have big hands it is hard to hit those higher notes lower on the fret board with blazing speed, but its not that much of a problem after you get used to the back of your hand touching the horn.

Schecter is just a truly amazing company. Anyone who buys anything else is just cheating themselves out of extra money for an amp or something else.
I own a C-1 Plus and I thought it was the best guitar on the market, until I played the S-1 Elite. The difference in sound is minimal, but the weight is where this guitar shines. I first saw this at a shop on vacation and fell in love with the design and abalone binding. I just sat and stared at it for 15 minutes in awe.
When I finally got it down and held it, I was in shock. It weighs, easily, half of what the C-1 Plus does, if not a third. It is one of the lightest guitars I have ever held and it plays and sounds every bit as good as any guitar I have ever played.
The Action is just amazing and is great for virgin guitarists or those who have been playing for 40 years. It is a great piece to look at and even better to play. Dont pass this one up!
You will not regret buying this guitar.

I bought this guitar a week ago and am still as amazed as I was when I first plugged her in. It has the most comfortable neck I have ever had in my hands. Playability is smooth and you have access to anywhere you want to go with a mild exception to the very upper frets, but let’s be real, how many guitars out there aren’t like that. Awesome attack. It has sound and sustain that is more than adequate for most any style of Rock and Metal you might play. The Single Coil tap feature is great for playing the Blues and works good. I have the Black Cherry colored C1, and the whole guitar is an absolute work of art… It’s simply gorgeous!
All in all, this is a real god guitar, however, there were a few things I didn’t like. I had to take the action up little higher than I wanted to due to some fret buzz I was getting off the top E string, but no biggie, The front pick up is weak and muffled sounding, but not a big problem for me because I seldom ever use it. And it doesn’t stay in tune any better than most other guitars I have played with the same kind of set up.
The guitar is gorgeous, addicting, and down right fun to play. In my opinion, it’s more suited for the 70’s 80’s Rock and Blues guy, but add a pedal and a Marshall Stack and any metal player out there would have death in their hands! I recommend this guitar to anyone and at the price, you would not be doing yourself wrong to pick one up.

I,ve owned this guitar for 3 or 4 years now, played it for weeks at a time, it stays in tune, the playability is awsome, the sound and sustain are superb, the only fault I can give it is the pickups are duncan design, but that I changed by adding EMG 81/85.
