For the price of this guitar, you get all you need and more: great pickups, wonderful craftsmanship, amazing tuning system...I play heavy metal and this is by far the best guitar I've ever owned or even played for that matter. I strongly recommend this guitar for anybody looking for a serious metal machine.

So u can get tons of other guitars out there that come with EMG pickups and a V body that are 10 times better than this.

I picked this up at the local shop the other day and was completly blown away. Keep in mind I am a die-hard Gibson man, but the Shecter ATX v was amazing. It had a perfect neck, (thin but with substance) and the Blackouts are unreal. I definatly recomend this guitar!
