My very first SELF bought guitar. It was love at first sight with this guitar. The spine graphics and fret inlays look killer. I added a Q parts skull knob and im ready to show off. If your looking for a head turner that sounds great yet has only what you need with quality. Look nowhere else.

Simplicity is the rule with this great guitar. The entire attraction to this beast was the single EMG pickup, single volume knob, and metal design. The bang for the buck is the construction, great neck, and quality design. I have or have had ESP, BC Rich, Ibanez, Gibson, Charvel, other Schecter guitars, etc, and the Schecter Devil Spine is my favorite to record with. The neck is comfortable, the body is comfortable, and great metal tone and screaming harmonics are effortless. All this, and the paint job with the Spine graphic looks great as well. The Spine graphic is actually a "sparkle" paint--can't see that on the site photo. I just got done recording a disc with this, and couldn't be happier with the results. If you want a mean guitar, simplicity, and metal/death metal tone, I recommend this beast. Another thing that is fantastic was that the axe itself was set up perfectly right out of the box--it was still in tune--downtuned and all. I have never had a guitar set up so well straight out of shipping.

The Devil Spine is a great guitar ! It's quite lightweight, which is great for extended playing or for girlys & smaller d00ds. The graphic obviously is arse kickin. The ebony fingerboard is smooth, quick, and sounds great. The neck is a bit skinnier-good for those with smaller hands. The pickup (EMG 81) sounds great dirty, and has a nice mellow, round clean sound. I love the sound it makes, and don't find the need for a tone knob. The binding is black, blends in very nicely. The top horns are skinny, you should be VERY careful about packing it in a case. This is overall a well made guitar. Rahnu highly reccomends it, she must be obeyed.

This guitar is just plain awesome ! I went for the red, as it has the rad spine graphic on the back as well. The fingerboard is silky smooth and incredibley easy to play. The binding blends right in, as do the seams. It's head and tuning pegs are smaller than they look, but that doesn't affect anything. There is a cool groove along the edge that you can really only see in person. This thing is very light for you girlies and smaller d00ds. This beast cranks out a crunchy, chugga-chugga, harmonic friendly sound, while still creating a deep, full bodied-without a vile aftertaste on the pallet clean sound. One thing to watch out for, the top horn is fragile where the screw holds the strap button on. Has no fitted case to my knowledge, find one! This is a great guitar, highly reccomended. And most importantly the Rahnu COMMANDS you to buy one !

I love this guitar its so smooth and efortless playing on it. The frets are so easy to rech and I just cant ge enough of It. I only wish it had other controls and tone things, maybe a toggle. Love the pickups.
