I have an '04 model in Black Cherry. The guitar is beautiful! I use this guitar with a Vox Valvetronix amp and it sounds amazing. The only modification I did was replacing the pickups. The stock pickups are not bad, but I threw in a pair of custom dimarzios in and now it roars with tone. The coil tap feature is great for versatility. I use this guitar to record my bands new album. If you want to hear the way it sounds, our cd is available at cdbaby and my band is called "LOCAL SLUR". Get this guitar and get our album too:)

This is now the second schecter I own. I just bought it today and once again I am amazed. This is my first guitar with passive pickups and they sound killer. My first schecter was a whit hellraiser fr and it is still number one on my list but this one is ranked up there right along with it. I love pretty much everything this guitar features and the color is awesome mine is a dark gray which must be a little older because I cant find any pictures of one in its color. Once again I must say if your thinking about buying it DO IT! You can't go wrong with schecter, they are well built machines.

I got this guitar for christmas and I love it. It sounds great and it is great quality. The part I like best is the coil tab. When you push it in, it sounds like a humbucker and when you pull it out, it sounds like a single coil. Hope my review was helpful.

I have owned and played many fine guitars, and this is one of the best. For the money, it is THE best guitar I have ever owned. Different years seem to have differences on the neck radius, so check it out. I tried the same model in a store and it happened to have a thicker radius, and didn't like it. buy this axe, throw a Duncan Sh106 in the bridge position. you'll love it.
