AMAZED

I never quite liked the gothic look of the c-1 hellraiser, and was never crazy about the usual floyd rose on them either. I didn't want a c-1 classic because it lacked coil tapping. This guitar has a beautiful quilted maple top, and the body is made of mahogany. The set neck and density of the wood helps to give the most awesome sustain. The pickups have a real bite, and the tapping functions make them so very versatile.

Like Butter

I've owned the Schecter for a few years now and I am not bored with it. I've used it for gigs numerous times and it never disappoints. I did however change out the pick-ups (for preference, the originals work dandy), and I installed a push/push instead of the push/pull (again preference due to quickness)... great guitar, lightening fast, lightweight with great tonal quality. This is a pro guitar. The closest feel I can compare it to would be my les paul deluxe... which also plays like butter. Buy one!

Man I bought my shecter about 2 years ago and to this day it is still my fav guitar. The neck flows beautifully, the action is great, and the finish is gorgeous. I have the black one and it looks just as beautiful now as it did when I bought it. I play almost strictly metal so I replaced the pick-ups with EMG 81-85 and its tone is the best ive heard. I have a Jackson, A BC Rich and this and it rocks them all. Ran through my Marshall DSL100 it absolutely sings, GREAT GUITAR FOIR THE MONEY. There is NO, I repeat NO better deal out there. I am officially a Schecter fan for life,

Amazing Guitar

I've had my C1-Elite for a little more than two years and it has always played beautifully. I tend to play alot of different types of styles a good amount of the time requiring fast handwork and the other half of the time requiring slow melodic tone with a lot of feeling. I've used mainly this guitar as I have grown as a musician and learned to accept new styles. This guitar will fit all your needs from metal, to blues, to jazz, and even reggae. Whatever the style it fits. By far the most versatile guitar I've ever played, in my opinion even more versatile than an american strat or les paul. This guitar is also very valuable for it's low price. Why waste a couple thousand on an American guitar when you can get a JUST as and in some cases even more valuable guitar for less than half the price. With American guitars you're just paying for the name. I'm still a fairly young musician but in my five years of playing guitar this is the best guitar I've come across as it fits my needs for a comfortably versatile guitar. I've used this guitar for everything from sweeping, to shredding, to blues styles, to melodic chords, to thick dropped tuning. The jumbo frets make it easy to play quickly and accurately all the way from the first to the twenty forth fret. The bodywork and inlays are beautiful and flawless. The tone is amazing, deep and thick on the rythm and sharp and hot on the treble. 5 out of 5 most definitly.

Unbelievable

I have been a professional studio musician, sideman and performer for over 35 years. It's how I make my living and it's a good one. I've bought and played nearly every single brand name American, English, Canadian and Eastern made guitar, including some "custom" models and vintage instruments over the years and I own quite a collection of serious instruments. But I've got to tell you this guitar is unbelievable. I own the Black and the Amber models I needed a guitar that could sound like a Strat', Les' and Tele' and still be versital and well made enough for quality work and road use. This C1 Elite Diamond Series is it. I can't believe these guitars were crafted in South Korea. I spent some time over there in the early 80's and alot of musical instrument crap, and I mean crap was coming out of that country and hitting the American market. What the hell happened!!!! These two guitars are near flawless. I went over every inch of both of them. The inlays are beautiful. The finishes better that most of my American made guitars and the over all workmanship is exceptional. The sound, tone quality, sustain and playability is 99.99 percent. No guitar is completley perfect, but the C1 Elite is the closest I've every gotten. This guitar is easily, worth twice the price, and then some. Get one,,,soon.
