Well, every review you read about the "cube" amps seems to be good and this one will be no different. I also have a 30x and love both. Every single feature on this amp is amazing. No matter what style of music you play this amp is sure to please. From metal, to country the amp is suitable. The dyna-amp feature is to me slightly pointless, though still nice I suppose. The looper is amazing, and very helpful when just practicing. I'd recommend this amp to anyone and I would definitely buy it again.

Great combo amp for the money. Excellent sound and features in a compact and sturdy frame. Nice clean sounds and really nice lead tones. If you need a small practice amp, studio amp or play smaller venues, this one can't be beat! Sounds much better than Fender Champ or Line 6 equivalent amp.

I've had this amp for about a year now, and I owned the Cube 60 before that. I really like the models this amp has for distortion. There are a couple that sound kinda thin. The JC Clean sounds really good when eq'd right. The Dyna-amp sounds very thin no matter how you set it. The Black Panel, Brit Combo, Tweed, Classic, Metal, R-fier sound good. What I wish Roland would do is to make a 100 watt, 2x12 combo of this amp with two channels. That would be awesome. But this amp covers all ground of music and will do just fine for now.

Well, so far i've had this amp for about 6 or 6 months now. The acoustic simulator is awesome, and i love all the effects it has. The distortion on it is good for rock and stuff like that, but not for extreme metalist. I brought this to church to practice with and made the mistake of letting my friend carry it lol. He took the steps and i took the elevator. It fell three steps knocking off two effects knobs, and making a dent on the control panel. The metal for the knobs seems kind of weak, but i guess since all the weight hit only the control panel, what do you expect? overall it's a great amp but i would recommend if you play metal, to buy a line6 or a Randall.

I've got a 60W Roland Cube and the only thing I don't understand is why I can't find a distortion pedal for my tube amp that sounds even CLOSE to this thing... This amp ROCKS and I plan to get an 80W for live gigs.
