I have played a Yamaha FG 75 for over thirty years- I am a hack- no lessons- I saw this guitar and thought" the price range equaled my ability". I loved the guitar on the web site- Loved it even more when it arrived, the simplicity was stunning. I told my wife I wantd a case for it( i have spent my life relativily case free)- The case cost more that the guitar. I had someone play it that knows gutitars he liked the sound and said it played well. It feels so good that I may even start playing bar cords- but thy seem to be too nuch work. Six months later it no problems

I decided to learn to play the guitar and ordered this one because of the looks, great reviews and a gut feeling. I was completely stunned by the superior quality of this instrument when I first removed it from the box. This is the most beautiful item I have ever bought for myself. I spent the entire weekend looking for flaws and could find none. This is a masterpiece of workmanship and all it needed was a tuning and I still cannot believe I got it for such a low price. Very easy to tune and learn to play. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

So, today is the 1st anniversary of when I received my beautiful Rogue. I haven't gotten around to replacing the stock strings that came with it but they're not bad for now. This guitar sounds great. But, I've found that if you don't play it daily the strings will come out of tune which isn't so bad for me because I do play it almost everyday. Overall, this guitar has to be a favorite of mine so if you want a good guitar you should consider this one.

Looked at this one a long time before deciding to purchase. NOT dissapointed. Beautiful to look at, nice finnish, comfortable to hold, and mellow tones. This is a true value especially for the beginner, The action may be high for some but thats an easy fix and it could use some better quality tuners. Overall, an excellent guitar for the price.

This guitar is awesome to start on because it is tough but gives you a beautiful sound. If you master this every other guitar is a piece of cake. My brother has a 600$ Ibanez but it cant come close to the depth of the Rogue's sound. I am now a believer of Rogue's. I am trying to buy a more expensive rogue coz Im on the road a lot so I need a "stage" guitar. But this was my first guitar and nothing can compare to it.
