Musician's Friend did an awesome job delivering this- delivered two days after ordering and in pristine shape!!! When I first opened the box I was struck by how beautiful this guitar is in fireglo, and the smell the finish came wafting out of the case.

The guitar played really well straight out of the box but does take some getting used to if you're not familiar with 12 string guitars. The jangle sound is incredible but the 360-12 is very versatile and can pull off a good variety of other sounds as well. Any guitarist should have this in his arsenal as it opens up a lot of possibilities.

The fit and finish is incredible - it is easily one of the most beautiful guitars around. The fireglo color takes on different hues depending on what the light source is. The gloss on the wood and fretboard is stunning, the binding precise and clean.

Overall, I am a very happy camper. The 360-12 gives my guitar collection a lot more range.

The guitar arrived just the other day in excellent shape. I've played music for almost 45 years and owned many of the best USA made guitars from the 60's on. I always wanted a Ric 12 string since hearing the Byrds hits but could never seem to work it into my budget. And, I have to admit that I was very skeptical about buying a guitar of this caliber on line, sight unseen. My fears were immediately dispensed when I opened the case and gazed upon this beautiful instrument. Rickenbacker quality has not diminished over the years, it has only gotten better. I know becuase I own a vitage 1974 Fireglow Rickenbacker 4001 bass and it has served me well all these years. It played well straight out of the case, but I performed some minor adjustments to the action to suit my playing style and tastes. Now, all I can say is WOW! It don't get any better than this when it comes to that classic sound on a quality American Made instrument. Save your money and get one of these. Buy American, You will not be dissapointed.

I bought a 360-12 mapleglow four years ago. It's a great guitar, since I grew up with The Byrds and others using Ric 12s. It's been a great investment. I own quite a few US made guitars. As I keep telling people, my guitars have appreciated quite a bit, while everyone's 401ks (including mine) were tanking. The lesson....buy more US made guitars.

I know now why George Harrison bought this guitar when he started with The Beatles, the pickups are awesome and the sound is beautiful
