This power amp rocks and will serve any speaker cab setup. The ability to switch between the 6L6 and EL34 tubes gives you two amps in one providing both Fender and Vox tones.

This amp produces the creamiest, silkiest, smoothest tones you have ever heard. The amp is extreamly LOUD while playing and has no hiss when silent.

They way they have this amp configured and setup for bias adjustments, you can put any set of tubes in here that you want. Set to stereo mode and use the 6L6's in tandom with the EL34's, or go all 6L6 or EL34 or go back to switching mode and replace the 6L6's with 5881's and the EL34's with 6CA7's or 6550's. Talk about being versatile and making it your own, this amp does it.

I am still considering and shopping for a tube preamp and currently using a BOSS GT-PRO in that capacity. It rocks, just rocks... I would never use a combo or head amp after hearing this. Get this, you won't be the least bit dissappointed.

BEST POWER AMP AVAILABLE FOR THE MONEY

About 4 years ago I sold my Marshall VS100RH head and Digitech GNX2 pedal to purchase a Digitech 2112 Studio PreAmp Processor. I added a Korg DTR1000 tuner, a Shure ULXS wireless, a BBE 482i, and was playing through a fender Deville 2x12. It was ok, but I decided I wanted to add a power amp and a marshall cab b/c the Deville wasn't quite what I was looking for. I purchased a Marshall 1960B and decdided to start trying power amps. I tried Mesa, Marshall, and VHT. Then I found the RT 2/50. I didn't think that for half the price I would find something so much more versatile, controllable and user friendly as the RT2/50. This completely changed my rig and finally made it worth all of the money I had invested in it. Thanks, Randall for such an awesome product and thank you for selling such great gear at INCREDIBLY LOW prices.

The perfect tube poweramp for any type of preamp!

Tested with both the RM4 modular preamp, then through a POD Pro rack mount. The combination with the RM4 was unbelieveable. I could quickly dial in any tone I wanted, from a sparkly Fender clean to full, insane high gain. The Poweramp also provided much more warmth to the POD Pro, compared other poweramp I've tested.
