This little amp has as much bark as it does bite, but doesn't exactly do the job I want it to. The Distortion is very muddy which isn't good for leads, and you have to really try for pinch harmonics (Which is something I use a LOT of). The clean channel is just that- Clean. I use a Dean Dime-o-Flage and Digitech RP-12, and with that combined with the amp I can get a pretty darn good sound. This is a very good practice amp, or gigs in small places, but just doesn't get the type of coverage I need

The Bottom Line- This amp is only as good as what you put into it.

I've used this starter amp for a long time. It smokes virtually any other starter amp that i've played on.

I have had this amp for a year now.The first time I tested it out I imediately went out and bought an Electro-Harmonix Metal Muff and a MXR Wylde Overdrive. The gain is a bummer. The clean channel is O.K., but it could be better.I recently been playing my Blazer through my stereo; a big improvement.

Alright, this is a nice little practice amp, and works pretty well for my purposes. However, This boxes consruction worries me. I'd hate to trip over it in fear that it might disentegrate. The sound is decent, but I also play bass, which makes this amp sound like a toy. I would only look at this amp if you only are planning on playing it in your room. I run a mega-distortion pedal thorough mine, and like the sound they produce. I suggest you shop for a while before deciding on this amp.

Ive had this baby for a year now and it has been an ok little practice amp,BUT nothing more than that. The clean channel is fine but the gain is absolutely horrible...the reverb isn't all that amazing either...my advice: don't be cheap....get a real amp....i suggest a fender blues junior...
