This little amp gives me everything I needed. Good bass and texture. Admitedly , my needs are limited, but for my uses The Peavy Audition was a great purchase.

SHUTS OFF OUT OF NOWHERE!!!!

This amp just shut off on me while I was playing!!!! It takes a while to turn this amp on and off and you can still hear sound while your doing so. So when you can't hear any thing(or it shuts off)and you turn it off for real, you can now hardly hear something while it is shutting off. This has happened more than once, so be warned!!!!

This amp is good for beginners, but I wouldn't reccoment this amp for major rock stars though. I got this amp with a value pack with everything you need. This amp works well with the BOSS Metal Zone pedal. I also took the back cover off and it sounds great! So if your looking for a great beginners amp buy this! P.S. Great price!!!!

I took off the back cover and it sounds even better. Try it if you think it sounds too muddy. It seems to clear it up some. One great little amp either way.
