I've owned my P-20 for about a month now and it was finally time to offer my opinion. I absolutely love it. The guitar is so light and comfortable to play, both on my lap and standing. The fret action is outstanding. I put Ernie Ball Hybrid Slinkys on the guitar which made the action even better.

Now, what about the sound? I just purchased a new amplifier that is now allowing me to really hear the quality of the sound this guitar produces. Oustanding sound for both blues and rock. I especially like the humbucker sound from the bridge pickup. The neck pickup also produces a quality smoother sound great for chording.

Finally, the P-20 has a unique appearance that everyone seems to like. The picture simply does not show its true appearance. It is a beautiful guitar, with great action and tremendous sound.

I like it so much that I have just purchased a second Parker..... an acoustic-electric. Can't wait to get it.

This guitar is great. I've owned a '96 Fly Deluxe since it was brand new. The PM-20 fills the bill for a Les Paul-type guitar very nicely, but has all the cool features and well thought out design of a Parker.

I was saving up for a Gibson BFG and ran across a PM-20 that had gone on and off lay-away at the local guitar store. Played it and was blown away.

The only issues we a couple of frets not set well and snagged the high E a few times during aggressive soloing... and the guy at the store cut the G slot in the nut too deeply setting it up for heavier stings.

You won't find a higher quality guitar for the price, and its beauty is only over shadowed by the lovely feel of playing this guitar.

This past weekend my guitar died and the lead guitarist in my band let me use his Parker PM - 20. I have played almost 20 years, have done studio work and have played some of the most incredible guitars on the market. The Parker was incredible... from the action on the frets to the sound of the pick-ups the guitar is as good as anything I have ever played. If you are looking for a solid guitar, easy to play and great depth - buy this guitar. I am ordering one myself!

I just received my new Parker today. It is everything it is supposed to be. It was set up perfectly right out of the box. The thing was even in tune, except the B string. If you like a versatile guitar but want a good mid-range price, this should be your first choice. Great with a Line-6 modeling amp.
