Great guitar, better price

This guitar is probably the best guitar for the price on the market. I bought mine about 9 months ago and I just love it. I play through a Marshall AVT 150 and Mesa dual rectifier, and I get really thick, fat distortion, lots of power, and the cleans are great too, even for bluesy stuff. The playability is great, it will take beginners to that next level, and it will make experienced players kick themselves for spending twice this much for a guitar that doesn't play as well or sound as good. Sounds great on recordings too. Great job PRS.

OK, so obviously this isn't an American PRS, and it doesn't sound exactly like one, but considering the other guitars in this price range, it's a no brainer. The Pickups provide a singing clean tone and, while perhaps not ideal for death metal, easily hold their own in the hard rock genre. the range of sounds I've gotten range from soulfully bluesy, to roaring rock, I cannot reccomend this guitar enough.

This guitar is great,I had it for about 1 year now, and hasn't disappointed me yet. It has a really nice thick tone to it. The sound that comes out of it blows me away. This guitar is worth it to buy, better than any other guitar I had before. It gets you and tone you want, and pleases you everytime.

If you're thinking about buying anything other than this guitar, don't. This is absolutley all you will ever need in a guitar.I play mainly in a youth group band, don't judge that. We have a 6 peice band and play some pretty hard stuff, as well as extremly soft at times. I can get every sound I want with this. I trade from this PRS to a slightly worn Aria. I'll use the Aria maily for just HEAVY medal, mainly because it has a whammy bar. But I mostly use this. WOW. The only thing you have to do with this guitar is change the strings semi often, especially if you play it alot, it can then become very easy to be out of tune. The cherry color looks just gorgeous, and all the hardware is fantastic.

I gave this guitar a 4 on features only because it doesnt have coil tapping, which you would find on guitars that are more expensive of course. I have had this guitar for a year. planned on keeping my ibanez, to keep it tuned down. well after playing this i gave the ibanez away. this axe plays everything i want it to. i can get the clean tones of a fender and ply red hot chili peppers, or drive it and get heavy distortion and play some weezer. everyone i have let play this beauty agrees its worth the money. trust me kids, dont need a gibson to get true rock sound. prs is the way to go, but those of us that cant afford the sorks of art that prs puts out thank them for the se line!!
