The Ovation 2774LX Folklore Contour from the LX series features a AA Solid Grade Spruce smooth and a hard composite Lyrachord GS body that has improved projection and reflects top vibrations better than traditional material and is now even stronger and lighter. The LX scalloped bracing pattern evenly supports the top to provide the ultimate in acoustic output. The Folklore Contour Guitar has a 1-7/8" nut width is slightly wider than a steel string and just narrower than a classic — making it ideal for fingerpickers.

This Ovation acoustic electric has an OP-Pro preamp system was developed to work specifically with the unique Ovation Patented Pickup. This professional grade pickup system has been engineered to compliment the unique character of Ovation guitars. The OP-Pro includes a 3-band EQ and a built-in tuner.
