This is by far the baddest piece I have ever come across, I have used Ibanez guitars in the past, and the similarity and diffrences are tremendous. The playability and tonal range and control are unbeatable. Get passed the price and you have a piece that can easily reduce the number of guitars in your setup.

I love this guitar. The Piezo is very nice, and I've effectively eliminated having to go between my acoustic on a stand and my electric. It may not sound as great as an acoustic, but it's good enough. Pickups are great, I love this guitar.

I just want to say about the gentleman who wrote about what a terrible guitar this is, that he really doesn't know a whole lot. The switch above the guitar is the pickup switch (switching between the magnetic and piezo) which suggests he didn't have the cable in the right slot. Also, his musical style and heavy bias towards Dean and Seymour Duncan (not to mention Krank), means that he thinks the only guitarist with tone is Dimebag Darrell, who in my opinion is not known for tone.

Anyway, do yourself a favor and buy this guitar. It truly is amazing/

I went to my local music store to check out their guitars and saw this guitar in the show room. I picked it up, plugged it in. It is hands down the best electric guitar I've ever put my hands on. I've been playing guitar for 45 years and I know tone and quality. You owe it to yourself to try one of these guitars if you're looking to buy. Phil Ridener

I'm having trouble thinking why anyone would consider buying this guitar. It is horrible from every aspect. The quality is great but you expect that from a 2 grand guitar. The dimarzio pickups are pretty good but don't even stand a chance against seymour duncans. The piezo is useless. The switch above the guitar can act as a kill switch which is really bad. I was strumming a lot and I kept hitting the kill switch. The tremolo system is OK but doesn't compare to a PRS or nowhere near a Floyd Rose. the tuners hold it in tune though. The guitar looks great but that's it. With this kind of money, invest in a Paul Reed Smith or a USA Dean ML with seymours and a Floyd. Or even a Gibson. I played this guitar through a bogner and it still was disappointing. Don't get this guitar!!! There are great guitars for this price that are a lot better than this in guitars under half the price that are better than this.

More than an instrument..

This is one of the greatest instruments possible, hands down. The new choice in woods makes all the difference in the world. The mahogany tone block says it all. Sound wise: unbelievable, there are a variety of tones you can get out of it, anywhere from a punchy metal to blues. It has it all. The guitar does have a very unique neck profile, so it does take a little bit getting used to if you've never played one before. But once you do get used to it, you couldn't ask for more. ( I strongly recommend playing one first for a while.) This guitar will out play any other guitar (depending on what your looking for) by far. There's just so much more versatility in what you can do with it.
