It gets the job done

It does what it has to, no more, no less. It has a wah level control knob, and a metal button on the side of the top to turn on or off the wah. unfortunately, everytime you press that button you can hear a loud click, very bad for quiet songs. The wah is very nasaly when in the middle or up, when it's down it is not doing anything so it doesn't affect sound. the volume pedal is pretty much either on or off, not much in between. it is pretty solid, but I am hesitant to put much weight on it, and I'm a very small person. I do not think I would buy this again if it breaks.

I recently ordered this pedal from my local music store, and as soon as I heard it, I was amazed. Its a very nasally sounding pedal, which was what I wanted. But there were a few things I noticed that I didnt like. First, as soon as I got home with it I noticed that it was a wah/volume pedal, I had order just the power wah its self this is no big deal really, I dont see the need in any volume pedal anyways. Second, the volume mode is not that good because theres so little middle range, its basically off or full. Third and most disapointing, the switch is on the side, and it makes turning it off and on a hard process. For the music I play, its vital that th wah is switched on as soon as possible for playing lead. But I'm sure after practicing with it, this problem will be solved. I hope. Other than those things this pedal is amazing. Its sounds better than any other wah pedal out there, its built to last (its huge and weighs atleast 10 pounds), but again is hard to use. Dont be discouraged just try it out.

Good Features in a small package

What's good: Volume and Wah in one pedal, LEDs (no pots) for quiet, reliable operation. Not so good: Volume is touchy, feedback when using wah. I bought this because it gave me volume and wah in one pedal, saving room on my pedal board. The wah won't make you sound like Slash, but I don't use a wah that much in my music, so this is fine by me. Out of the box I didn't like the volume taper, but I changed it by filing the aperture that the LED shines through. Much easier to control volume now. The feedback sometimes happens with my humbuckers and hollow-body guitars, not with my single coils. I just to use the volume knob on my guitar to control it better.

What a piece of junk this is. I replaced a Morley Power Wah from the '70s with this, needing a volume pedal, but the Wah and the volume quit working within weeks.
The '70s Morley still works, just noisy.
Won't buy Morley ever again. No quality anymore.
