I bout this pedal recently and am extremely impressed. It offers great fuzz and dirt with amazingly clear highs. Not only that, this pedal is extremely easy to use and doesn't sound manufactured. I run a Boss Blues Driver afterwards to clean up the tone a bit and a bit more bite to it. Overall, if you are looking for a natural sounding fuzz, this pedal is definately tops

Maetsro Fuzz-Tone Reissue

I just bought this fuzz box last weekend and I got it today. I've been playing it and it sounds just like every 60's recording that had a fuzz box involved in it. It looks exactly how it was in the 60's and sounds just like it did back then too. It definately isn't as nasty sounding as the distortion pedals they have out these days, but it sure does have a vintage fuzz sound. If you want a fuzz box that reproduces that same old sound that was made famous in the 60's, I would strongly recommend this one of a kind fuzz box.

I boughtMy first Maestro Fuzz tone in 1967.This was at the time cutting edge and a "Must" for all lead guitar players to get the "British Sound".I lost my "old" one in a fire.I just bought a reissue and it is worth every dollar. Now I can relive my 60's rock star days, even if it's only in my garage !

Chunky Fuzz

For those of you who want chunky in your face almost obnoxious fuzz... this is the pedal you've been looking for. It sounds best at high volume and nothing like a fuzzface, big muff, or any others. If you follow the fuzztone with a big muff, the combination of the two is stellar!! It dirties up the big muff and you get the best of both worlds.
