Surprisingly poor quality

I was so looking forward to owning this guitar but those hopes were sadly dashed upon receiving it. Luna should be ashamed to have let this leave the factory. The finish was just awful, a rough neck with sharp grains in whatever they used to finish it, spaces between the binding and top/back, rough fretboard only slightly finished over the insets, the laminate on the top and back were rough with a few bumps here and there.... I could go on and on here. On top of all that, it sounded lousy. There was a really annoying and pronounced buzz/hum, yet it wasn't obvious what exactly was causing it.

On the other hand, the design was excellent. Preamp looked great and the size of the neck made it comfortable to play. Unfortunately, this could not make up for the truly bad construction.

Obviously, I sent it back. The Dean box had the original staples in place, so the problems fall squarely on Luna's shoulders.
