WOW! So this amp rocks!

So this amp pwns! I play at small vinues like 25 to 75 poeple and this amp never failes me. The effects are sweet and the sound is bueatiful. You can go from Insane destortion to super clean with....well a touch of a button. Edit your sound, save it as a preset (which is very easy to do) and BAM! Your setting, right there. Oh! and its lound, I played a show outside at a park and this beast handled it no problem. Its not that heavy either, fits in my car, and picks up easily. If you want volume and custumisable sound this amp is your soulmate. If you asked me to describe in one word, I'd say VERSITILE.

First off, WOW! The Spider IV blows the competition away, Hands down! This amp packs a punch full of bricks, if I were to give this amp a nickname, it'd be Ivan Drago ( It will Break you!) and not your wallet! The new features are absolutely astounding, including the new quick loop feature!

To give you an idea of how loud this behemoth can get, you wouldn't dare turn it to 11! 3 is enough to drown out a mic'd up double kick drum set!

You will not be disappointed with this amp what so ever! Don't think twice, BUY IT!

I tried this amp out at a store mainly for my own curiosity to find out for myself if this amp was really the huge step forward in modeling that line 6 claimed it was. overall, I thought it was the same thing as a every other spider just with a different face. there are a few more features and the effects have been improved slightly but I still can't get past the horrible digital sound that line 6 is notorious for. For the same money there are way better amps out there with more features and way better tone. I don't want to sound like a tube snob but a small tube combo and a pod will sound way better than this thing could dream of and the price wouldn't even be that different.

worth money, user friendly very easy to make you own sound, so many presets its crazy and so many possibilities

the looping is amazing, perfect volume lvls 2 lots of power in the head you can tell its 150 watts,,, it blows my friends marshall fx and fender )all i know is its tube forgot name) totally away

not to mention the effects are way better

so the cab doesnt have wheels,,,small hassle,

and the insane distortion sounds a little too digital for me i think the metal green or metal red are amazing though and the presets are just like the real songs....acoustic has a nice tube sound to it as well. overall amazing amp for the price if you want something low price,loud and going to still sound good buy it, if you have the money go buy a mesa boogie :)

nothing better than that :P

this thing is amazing. its m first half stack but ive been using friends stacjs for a long time. this thing is really loud. 150watts of power and the cab that goes with it pumps it out perfectly. with the new quick loop program i made a rhytm then played lead over it. it sounds alittle digital but other than that the line6 spider4 is amazing and has a ton of cool features
