I recently bought this at guitar center and at first the size wasn't promising but when I took it home I plugged it in right away and cranked it up to around 4 and nearly blew my eardrums out!
This amp is really loud and the effects are awesome(with the right guitar)and well built. It also has a built in Tuner that is really easy to use and understand. The only thing I would change is that there is no numbers around the knobs at all so its kinda hard to dial in your specific sound, but all in all pretty good/loud amp!

I bought this amp because I have a Roland 15x and wanted an amp with a few more features. I was blown away by what you can do with this amp. I have fun and tweak the settings alot. You can get really nice clean tones with a little tweaking and the most death metal tones you will ever hear with out buying a pedal. Great amp

I don't usually write reviews, but after reading the other review that is listed, I feel the need to express a more involved opinion! That said, This is really a GREAT little amp! It's too bad the other reviewer was not helped by the staff at G.C. to realize it's full potential! First, the factory settings are just a starting point.Any of them can easily be changed by just turning any of the control knobs you wish to adjust!Along with that,once you do find that"just what I wanted" setting, you have the ability to "save" it, just by holding down the channel button where you want it to be! I was able to get a VERY CLEAN first channel just by turning both "EFFECTS" knobs to "0",and then adjusting for the tone I like! The Other 3 "DRIVE" channels are also as easily adjusted and set as well!That is of course IF you don't like the "PRESETS"(which aren't bad by the way!). The factory presets can also be recalled at any time just by powering up the unit while pressing on/holding the clean button for 5-8 sec. I have not used the acc' pedal yet but it would be nice to have for channel switching etc.! I should also mention the HEAD PHONE/D.I. out and MP3 in options as well, for silent practice and RECORDING use. As you can tell I'm not not an english major, but I felt the need to let people know that they really should try this little amp when considering a new purchase of this type! It not only sounds great with any guitar/pick up combo, I've run through it, but it can also save you a lot of cables/batteries/pedals etc. with all it has to offer!I should also mention the availibity of info and settings on the LINE6 website! As I mentioned in the begining,it's a GREAT LITTLE AMP!
