On friday my Kustom Double Barrel 30W 2x12 Guitar Combo Amp arrived with special delivery . It is unbelievable ,grate sound , loud and clear , with my Korg AG1500X it's sounds much better than any oder 45-60W combos. It is the best for it's 161$.Thanks Kustom Double Barrel, good job!

I found this amp to be not the most reliable when it comes to my tastes. I'm a metal fanatic, but this amps lead channel isn't as, go for the throat as I'd like it to be. The clean channel is a bit to bright of a sound, it doesn't have a warm tone or feel to it.

HELPFUL TIP: To get the most out of this amp, I was expirimenting with the angle I sit it at. What I do is, I have a chair in my room, I set the chair along side a wall. Then I put the amp on the chair with the back of the amp leaned on the back of the chair. (So the front of the amp is sort of aiming at my head when I stand) Then it sounds a lot better than it did just sitting there. It my sound crazy, but try it and compare the sound you get from the two angles.

Bought the Kustom Double Barrel 'cause I was getting tired of lugging my half stack around just to jam with friends... I was very surprised at the sound, it's really nice once you get it set where you want it. The built in effects are not the greatest, but if you keep them low, or just turn them off it's not a problem. (I'm not much for effects anyways) The gain on the lead channel is decent, not enough for super destructo mega metal, wave your tongue around, bang your head, insane gain, etc... (which is what I usually like) But enough gain to make a point. And the clean channel is clear, sounds really nice. Overall the sound of the amp is very 'tube like'. I am thinking about dialing in my tube half-stack to sound more like this if I can - yes it's that good. The only thing I would change is the addition of a foot switch.

I bought this amp in a pinch, as I don't make a lot of money and I have been looking to play shows with some friends. When it arived I was thrown off immediately by how light weight it is. This unit is light! It looks great. I got home and plugged it in and it can get verry loud but its ballance is off quite a bit. The high's had my ears ringing right off the jump. Its almost painfull to dial in. Once dialed in it sounds good but has a hollow tone. I play rock and roll and use a clean sound all the time and get my effects from pedals to give me compleate controll at a stomp. This amp is problematic because of the hollow piercing ear ringing effect that happens when your levels are off. Its good for the price.

I bought this amp as an extra practice amp. After playing it the first time I was hooked. The tone is crystal, and the lead channel can really roar. You will think this thing is much more powerful than just 30 watts. This amp would be a bargain at three times the price. You can even use it to run a half stack and it sounds great. I even used it as a half stack back up on stage one night and to my amazement it really held its own. I highly recommend this amp.
