so anyway i just bought this guitar from online not knowing what to expect. the floyd rose is amazing but this was my first time so i didnt know what to do. If this is your first floyd rose get about 3 packs of extra strings. keep in mind that the different string gauge will effect the tremelo so pick a set and stay with it or be ready to do alot of adjusting. The neck is also amazing. Ive been playing ibanez with super thin necks so this was weird. even though its thin its not like an ibanez. but this is definately better the feel, action, frets, and its maple. it looks like plastic but out of the box it looks natural. the pick ups are nothing to complain about either pretty good even the single coil is good. the tuning is great and the black hardare is beautiful like everything else. overall great guitar. buy it you will happy and your playing will increase.

love this guitar. plays great, fast, and smooth. the tuning doe go out a little after a few day but other than that this thing is solid. amazing tone. i mainly stick with the bridge pickup tho. im not into neck humbuckers cuz they always sound the same which is muffled, but i do buy cheap guitars so that probably why. haha plays like a gibson only your saving money. :P highly recommend

Short and sweet: Not bad at all and even better when you consider the low price. Nice rounded carve top, flame finish looks really good, coil tap feature is nice. I put a Tone Zone in the bridge of all my guitars because I love their sound, but the stockers are no slouch either. Trem keeps tune as well as a licensed Floyd usually does. Low profile neck is comfy. What else can I say? Like with all new axes, put some decent strings on before you set it up.

Amazing, it is the only thing I can say about the workmanship on this guitar. The fretboard takes a little getting used to but after that it's amazing.

The reason I gave the value 3 is because the stock pickups are horrible (too muddy and bassy). I threw in a dimarzio ej set and dimarzio area 61 pickup and this thing sings. I dont pick up my $1000 ibanez any more.

I can now take this guitar from a sweet and creamy jazz/les paul sound all the way to metal.

Get it professionally setup, throw on some good strings (gibson vintage), change the pickups .. and man you will have saved yourself at least $1000 .. DONT LET THE PRICE OF THIS GUITAR FOOL YOU .. SOLID PRODUCT ..

I had one of the Kramer Imperials with the same pickups and parts as this guitar but I really wanted a guitar with a Floyd rose so I sent the Imperial back and got this Striker. There were no scratches or dings when I got it and the quality is better than some of my friends Epiphones. I plugged it in and it was ok and the floyd wouldn't stay in tune so the next day I had it professionaly setup and put new strings on and I couldn't put it down after that.

But the pickups were really bassy so I put some Dimarzios in it. Now it is just as good as my Gibsons and it sounds like 1000 bucks.

If you get this I highly recommend getting a setup and new strings, also new pickups if you can afford it.
