The stock strings didn't need to be replaced on the guitar I got. The action was great too. It shipped in 2 days for me. I only have a slight complaint.. the nut on the bridge was pushed in too far (the end towards the E string).

It's ok. It came to me completely unadjusted, which was a little annoying, but not that big of a deal. It also came with the worlds ugliest pick guard and strings that are probably older than me. But now that it's been adjusted and has new strings on it it's turned out to be decent for the price. If you can afford better, you should purchase a slightly better guitar.

I received this guitar not too long ago in the mail. At first it came with some old stock strings that snapped while trying to tune. That's okay though, they didn't feel that great in the first place. I replaced them with Martin's and oiled the fretboard with linseed oil and this guitar is great for the price.

I play more expensive guitars, but came across this & bought it used. Am amazed at the sound, and how it chords right on up the neck. Definately a great "beat around" or beginner guitar, until you see if you're gonna stick with playing.

I own it. This is a beginning songwriter's treasure. I am a beginning song creator. I am also meticulous about the guitars I purchase. This is a great guitar for any experienced guitarist. Convenient to hold and to handle. Looks neat and feels comfortable and compact. Tune keys work nicely. Nice good solid feeling guitar. I am using this instrument to create music. It stays in tune. Came with excellent quality strings. This is a fine guitar for any guitarist. I enjoy every moment of it. I changed strings once in a year and use good quality strings. This guitar is worth more than the low price Musician's Friends requests for it. The company has class and consideration for selling this instrument at and outstanding low price.I am not a salesperson. Buy this guitar. I truly believe you will love it. Prices are kept low enough for average folks like myself to be able to afford and enjoy fine quality instruments at surprisingly wonderfull prices.
