I bought one of these used. I've owned Strats, Les Pauls, Ibanez and even a Roscoe custom. After replacing the bridge position EMG with a Dimebucker I've found this guitar to be well worth the investment and it has become one of my top two stage guitars.

Good quality guitar for the price, you get what you pay for. Neck is thin and very comfortable, EMG-HZ's sound very nice. The licensed tremolo is decent, but the spot where you screw on the whammy bar is garbage. Any time you move the whammy bar it comes unscrewed a little and gives a lot of unwanted rattling when using the tremolo. The metal bar that locks the strings at the headstock was screwed in slightly off center, causing all the strings to be off center as well.

The Jackson DXMG Dinky is the ultimate metal guitar. As my second guitar, it blew my strat knock-off away. The Floyd Rose Tremolo system never lets me down with Dime squeals!
