This 7-string Signature guitar does one thing, and it does it very well - Metal!

This Signature Christian Olde Wolbers Dinky model has an extra string that gives you the low-end growl you need for today's metal. The string-through-body bridge design combined with a single EMG pickup gives you tons of sustain. This axe was designed for simplicity and function, but is not without a style of its own. It includes a mahogany arch-top body, three-piece bolt-on mahogany neck with a recessed heel, reverse headstock, compound radius ebony fingerboard with no inlays, and black hardware. Includes an SKB hardshell case.

This thing looks absolutely sick!!!! This black jewel has only one purpose in life that purpose is metal. The massive reverse headstock, slick blacked out design, single EMG-81, and volume control all attribute to this. The mahogany body feels light and may not be desirable for some players. I could care less. The guitar comes equipped with NPS .009 gauge strings and need to be replaced right away with a much heavier set. Why they decided to use such a light string on this machine is beyond me. I have no real concerns with this 7 string and provided weight is not an issue for you, would definitely recommend it.

This guitar is amazing. Period. The neck is a little thicker that an Ibanez neck, which I prefer. Honestly, the perfect feeling neck to me, and actually feels like you're playing it, not like it is playing you. The EMG 707 is so cutting, punchy, HEAVY, and has the most clarity I've ever heard. This guitar is LIGHT, which I have heard as a complaint from people. IT IS NOT ONE OF MINE! It is a VERY think body and ALL of the tone is there, but without the weight and the cutting into of your shoulder! Every single fret is accessed with ease! It is is the best looking guitar, except for my Ibanez JEM7V (IMO). For Metal, it is without competition, the best. Overall, great tone (which comes first with me), great playability, great feel, and AMAZING VALUE (A STEAL of a price). I would pay, literally, over double, and honestly, triple the price. I bought mine without ever playing one in my life and it only made it more exciting. Only advice: BUY IT THE SECOND YOU GET THE MONEY
