Pretty Versatile Little Monster

This was my first wah, very reliable. You can get almost any sound out of it. Best features of the WEEPING DEMON: Selectable Filter Ranges and Switchable On/Off Functions. Do you know how easy it is to fix the treadle and turn it on, play a riff with dist so its super nasally or filtered, then turn it off? Awesome. Only reason I give it a 4.5 Overall is Ibanez just released the WH-10 and I tried that pedal out, I like that one a bit better.

I just got this thing for Christmas after looking into buying it for months. Needless to say I was excited. I've combined this with the Ibanez Tone Lok SB7 and they sound amazing together.

This is alot more of a wah pedal than a distortion pedal; the sound in the Weeping soundtrack I've not been able to figure out, but I let the SB7 carry the distortion and use this one to customize the sound even more.

I don't think I could have gotten a better wah pedal, and even if you don't care for the wah sound then try it with distortion and you will.

Ibanez is always a good brand, but with this wah pedal, YOU CAN ACHIEVE THE TONE OF EVERY WAH PEDAL MADE. It is very well priced for what it is. The locking effect knobs help a lot, as well as being able to control every aspect of the wah, including delay factor and intensity. The ability to have it in footswitch or automatic mode help a lot too. Finally, there is not such feeling as being able to say that your wah pedal is bulletproof.

First off let me say that this thing's appearance is SUWEET!! But we're guitarists and like practice funtionality over form right? The tweakablity of the WD-7 is second to none, selectable range AND it is further adjustable with (whodathunkit?) a range adjustment knob, low end adjustment knob and Q setting knob. Very versitile in that it can achieve that classic Crybaby Wah and Vox sweep. One problem tho...I'm going to have to agree with everybody else on this one, this thing is a pedalboard HOG!! It takes up an INSANE amount of space, but in my opinion is totally worth it. The auto on/off function is very useful after you play with it for a while and get the off delay set to your liking. Just got the thing like 12 hours ago so I don't really know about the reliability, but I went for the 3 year protection plan anyway. Overall, space hog, but extremely versitile, highly tweakable, sexy, bulletproof, and fairly affordable!! Worth the space and money in my book!!

I've had this pedal for about a year now. I bought it mainly for the price. This is a great pedal for the price. It's built relatively sturdy. It has some good tweeking features and sounds pretty good. The only thing I don't like about it is not having the on/off switch underneath the pedal. It's kind of a pain having it off to the side if you need a quick turn on for a solo or something. Other than that its a pretty good wah for the relatively low price tag.
