My new 12-string

I received my Ibanez SGT122 yesterday. It arrived in perfect shape. I scrutinized the complete guitar and found absolutely nothing wrong - at all. The finish is great, the style is great, the action is great, and the price was great! It sounds beautiful. No tinny noise, no fret buzz, and sounds like an orchestra in the room! If you don't have much money, and want a fine 12-string instrument, then pick the Ibanez SGT122! Thanks Musician's Friend!

The guitar is accurate to the description in all regards, and sounds nice. The action on mine is just a little bit too high for my liking, but its still playable and I've never tried to adjust it. I would recommend it,

Although aesthetically this guitar looks and feels great, it sounds very thin. The sound is very weak, tinny, and thin. I was very let down the second I got this. I just figured it's crap strings. So I bought a set up elixer lights and slapped them on...to no avail it still sounded dead inside. This guitar does not sing like a chorus like it should. Most 12 strings sound beautiful, this one sounds like it has no soul.

This is a great guitar, it plays well, and it is a good price. There is just a couple things. When I play a B flat, the last string buzzes due to a sloppy fret, and one of the tuners was put in crooked, but 10$ got all that fixed. It is a great guitar aand I highly recomend it.
