I got this about 4 or 5 years ago and so far all it needed is a new input jack. I broke the headphones after 3 years, but that was by throwing them... Great amp, love the overdrive. Overall, a good begginner guitar.

ok i was gonna buy ONLY the guitar. There were two guitars that i liked alot, this ibanez in red finish and a washburn bt 3 maverick series. First i tested the ibanez, boy oh boy al pickups had A LOT OF FEEDBACK so i went to try the washburn and it was alot better than the ibanez (also more gorgeous) the pickups in the washburn were as clean and bright. soo in overall, if you are beginning, its okay for you, but for backup, dont even count on this guitar.

I had this guitar for about five years now (I'm replacing it with a standard single coil strat, [And yes, I know I waited TOO LONG but I'm not anywhere near rich)And it's a decent guitar to start out for 2 years. The strings arent very good quality (I tried out my music teacher's strat not too long ago and I could actually shred on the thing cause the neck was REALLY comfortable and the strings didn't give me any crap)my high E string broke and I had to replace it,the neck is pretty good though, but the pickups are weak. It also has annoying fret buzz. The guitar is decent overall but everything that comes with it is below sub par (The cord broke first day I got it, the picks suck, the amp is alright but if you use gain and bass it starts to squeak and it gets REALLY loud, the strap needed to be replaced, and the electric tuner didn't work at all. Please, don't make the mistake of waiting more than two years to get a good guitar.

alright i bought a used one of these guitars for $150 and i like it. i'm serious its no b.c. mockingbird or les paul but its not bad for the price i'd recommend it to beginners, i've been playing for a year, and the only problem with mine is the g string tuning knob doesnt stay in tune very well but overall not bad.

cord broke, stepped on the headphones and smashed them right after i opened them (accidentally), the output jack was loose since i got it and i just recently unsrewed it and now it sounds way better. G slips a lot. easy to scratch, but a decent glossy finish. and i find it hard to get a nice clean sound out of the guitar.

as far as the amp, it is a pretty good one, very customizable, the option for audio inputs. the only thing is that is sqeeks when set to certain settings
