The MIMX Guitar combo amplifier offers features that outspec many amps in the same price range: 11 amp models of classic, British, American, and boutique amps, 10 programmable patches, 13 digital effects. In addition, MIMX (pronounced "mimics") provides 50 rhythm patterns to play along with.

11 amp models with the extremely wide amp/tonal type variation. Features ten of the classic British, American and boutique amp models plus an original Ibanez high-gain "Psycho" model.

The guitar speaker cab has 10 programmable patches. Any combination of settings can be auditioned and adjusted in real time and then saved to any one of the 10 memory locations. This includes amp model, equalization settings and digital effects and their particular parameters.

The Ibanez MIMX has 50 rhythm patterns for any kind of practice, recording or single gig: metal, Latin, hip-hop, ballad, shuffle, hard rock and much more.

I was going to but the 100 watt marshall combo. It was great but this one really caught my eye. It's a great amp, it's worth every penny. I use it during band practice and it gets the job done. To those who are doubtful, don't be. Its an epic amp! When my band does more live shows I will invest for the head and buy a cab. This amp offers a diverse sound. It's great for any style.

It's a pretty nice amp. It's got a ton of features, effects, and amp models on it. It's a powerhouse as well, I only had it about half-way up and I had to turn it down because it was too loud. I only played it to test it out, so I didn't have instructions on how to use it, so the effects are kind of difficult to work to me, but over all, it's a great amp, I'd suggest it to anyone who plays very diverse music.
