I got this guitar about 9 months ago and Im just blown away by it. I got mine used at a pawn shop but it was almost brand new. I took it home and hooked it up and just cranked it. It sounded amazing for one of Ibanezs' most basic guitar. I still use this guitar today for jamming. I recommend this guitar for beginner to intermediate players because this guitar wont become useless when your playing abilities improve. Overall a killer guitar for the price

I have owned this guitar for about 2 years now, and it works great. I paired it with a peavy 25 watt and a grunge pedal and i get the sound i like out of it. it is all perfect for me accept for a few things. When you use the whammy, it throws some of the strings out of tune, and it doesn't have a locking nut and fine tuners. the first fret on the high E string buzzes sometimes when i lower the bridge, and sometimes the high e string gets caught on the edge of the fret. those are the only complaints i have about it though, its a great guitar, works awesome with my setup, and is good for beginners.

Great Entry Level Shredder

Bought it to replace a BC Rich ASM that was at luthier. Loved it from the moment I picked it up. Mind you the frets are a little sharp and should be fixed (E string tends to jam under them), but for all the complaints I have heard, there was nothing I could find wrong with it. Good all around tone and plenty of pickup configs for high-flying solos to fat rythmns. It's comparable to my Jackson and my ESP.

This guitar was one that I had used before, so I bought it. This thing is amazing. Great sound, doesn't scratch that easily, and is just really fun to play. At the price, it's a sweet deal. The only thing I don't like is that you can't adjust the action at the neck, only at the bridge. But that's the only thing I could think of. This thing rocks lol.

first and favoraite

This guitar, was actually my first, and favoraite guitar of all time, for the simple fact, that it introduced me to a new world, I have learned to do everything on this guitar. Versatility is amongst Ibanez's top priority and shows in all their models, even their low level models. Pickups are not the best, but will do what you tell them to, stays in tune fairly well, depending on your use of the wammy bar, which is a pop in. fast neck, great tuners and light basswood body make great guitar to begin with. I run this guitar, through a MGDFX15, and can produce sounds sufficient for metal and beautiful tone for anything else. I recommend this guitar for anyone. this guitar can make some great sounds.
