this was the first "real" guitar i ever bought. i have had this guitar for four years and it sounds better with each season. the grovers are great for tuning however i've worn them out from excessive use! I play acoustic in the vein of andy mckee, and use some pretty funky low tunings, and this guitar can take it all. The all maple body keeps the tone nice and focused, and projects wonderfully. She is almost perfect, she only gets a 4 on features because i got the model before they improved the EQ system. Buy it in sunset gold and you wont be sorry!

I got the Sunset Gold a few days ago. The finish is exclusively Ibanez. The action and intonation are wonderful, typically Ibanez. It's got Grover tuners. ...Grovers! Gives integrity to the whole axe. The sound is slightly different from others. I'm getting used to it and the box. It's a little sensitive but bright and not cheap. The electronics are wonderful. Through an amp, of course, it's rounder and fuller.

I don't recommend it. I want to be the only one who has one.

This guitar is great, it sounds awesome. Its very easy to tune, it also has the built in tuner so its really easy. I've played lots of guitars and this one is just great. Its very pretty, mine is a faded gray.

I've been playing a 1967 Gibson Hummingbird since the early 80's and this plays much easier, almost like an electric. Plugged in sound is great, unplugged is good too, but the smaller body doesn't give as mellow a tone. So far, I'm very impressed. I would have expected to pay much more for such a good instrument. The color and finish are beautiful, better than the pictures show.
