The body, neck, and headstock are bound with Ivoroid and the fingerboard features Hamer Victory mother-of-pearl inlays. The Superpro is powered by Seymour Duncan Custom (neck) and Custom Custom (bridge) pickups. Pickups are wired in phase with the pickup selector in middle position.

it is by far the best sounding guitar i own i own a les paul and this guitar just blows it away the only downside is the price but its well worth it

I went in the store to buy a high-end guitar. I had my heart set on a Gibson double-cutaway Les Paul. My friend/saleperson suggested that I try a Hamer USA Monaco Superpro. The Hamer blew the Gibson away. The feel, tone, and the playability far superior. Buy this guitar today.

I have just PX'd a 335 for this as I was finding the 335 a little benumbing, that said an excellent guitar. I tried 4 Hamers and 2 PRS's including the singlecut and was left with the Hamers to choose from. This one just edged it.

What can I say - I have played virtually every guitar you can think of. I love Strat's, Tele's, Gibson and PRS, but believe me, this is something else. You'd need to find one hell of a Les Paul to get close.

The sound is fantastic and surprisingly versatile but it's the guitar's character that will really blow you away. I cannot put it down for five minutes without going back to it!

Sounds amazing, build quality - you will not find better and they play like a dream!! I love guitars, but Hamer have really produced something that is on another level.

I have owned Les Paul's, high end Ibanaz, high end PRS. This is by far the best sounding guitar I have ever played. Rock till you drop! Smooth, warm and easy to play for bust your butt stuff.

Quality and tone throughout. Complaints: (1) I don;t like the neck to body fit; could be a littel better design for a smooth transition to bottom of fret board. (2) Without an OHSC it's over-priced.
