I'm becoming a big fan of Gretsch guitars because of the overall quality of this instrument. I fingerpick and play rhythm guitar, as well as sing! This guitar is inspiring. A well built machine with all of the tone and quality I could ask for!

This guitar is awesome. The tone is like no other electric guitar. It has amazingly flexible pickups and a very comfortably playing neck. I would liken playing the Gretsch G6122-1958 Chet Atkins Country Gentleman Electric Guitar to the ease of operating a classic luxury car. The Bigsby operates with a light touch and the body feels great to hold with a beautiful finish. Just watch the movie Help! with lots of George Harrison playing this exact model in most of the songs. The guitar has a lot of great qualities like the great gentlemen who have played it. I could not be happier unless I were one of them --but then I'm still alive and here to play mine in the meanwhile.
