Craftsmanship screams quality. This guitars tone commands you to experiment (5 position pickup switch). It is no question the best of the best at any price. I love Gibsons, I love my custom shop Strat. This Godin LG Signature is more than a 'value'. This guitar can do both tones extremely well. Please try one at your local store and judge for yourself. Couple of years ago at the Grammy's these things covered the stage. That was no accident. There is a new guitar manufacturer that is going down in HISTORY.......

Hard to believe that not many people have heard of the LG (LGX), much less Godin Guitars. High quality, great sounding, great playing axes that compare with those $1000's more. I have owned an LGX (with acoustic voice) for two years. It is by far the most versitile guitar I own. (14 of them) For the giging musician who must change styles on the fly, you can't get any better. It sits between a les paul and a strat, coming close to both in tone. Not quite as crunchy as the paul, not quite as clucky as the strat, but if you only can afford one guitar, this one will take care of any style you throw at it.
