Today's SJ-200 jumbo guitar is modeled on the classic early-'50s, maple-bodied model.

Each limited edition Gibson True Vintage SJ-200 acoustic guitar is built in Bozeman, Montana with a top made from solid red spruce, a rare and highly prized tone wood, and constructed with hot hide glue, just like back in the day. The guitar comes with a custom-made, period-correct case, and a certificate of authenticity. Additionally, upon filing your warranty registration card, Gibson will send you a specially designed jacket embroidered with the model name of the acoustic guitar you have purchased and an embroidered custom-run case cover.

Gibson has only released 167 of these guitars.
