The Best Class A Combo

Reviewer's Play Style: rock, pop, and worship.

This amp goes from sweet clean tone to dirty overdrive (not too brutal) - the perfect amp for country, blues and rock. Very responsive. Classic British tone from the EL84 power tubes. The effects loop is really it's best feature however, with stereo returns and two sets of power tubes and two transformers. Each side is 15W with it's own output for a cab. Nice reverb. This Gibson amp just sounds perfect!
