this guitar defiantly has a funky shape and a wonderful sound. its pricy but its worth it if you know your instrument. i picked this guitar up in New York NY at a small music store. bought it right then and there. plug it in to any Vox, add some delay a little distortion and you have an awesome guitar. i kept the pups that came with it. no need to swap em. this may look like its only for heavy metal but its not. in fact it doesn't really sound good with a ton of distortion. a little or more is fine for me and any other hard core U2 fan. if you have the money, can play more than halfway descent, and play what i play and maybe some blues. this guitar is just right. treat it with the respect it deserves. cheers.
