I honestly have no idea what the reviewer before mine is talking about. This bag is built VERY well! Very nice thick outer covering, heavy duty zippers, etc... I've been gigging regularly with this Gator double gig bag for many years and it's worked flawlessly.

It doesn't have real soft padding inside, which will turn some people off. But I've never noticed any scratches or rubs from my guitar being in these bags. Like I said, I've been using it for many years with high end guitars and it's been great to me.

... if You like your instruments. I mean ever. I had to buy 3 of these, to carry my guitars from one place to the other, becose they were the only ones that were available. I still regret it. My guitars remind me of this all the time. These things should be banned by the goverment. Yeah, they have two compartments, so IN THEORY one can carry two axes. The problem is, those things aren't capable of withstanding the weight of even one guitar, a wah pedal and a couple of cords. Three of my instruments got damaged while on my back, becose all three buckles broke. In one case, first the strap, and then the buckle, after I tied a not to keep it together. These are the results of using cheap cheap cheap materials. Believe me, it's not worth even considering a purchase of one of these. I know I won't. If you REALLY (and I mean REALLY) can't get anything else and you really REALLy have to have to carry two instruments at once ALWAYS grab the bag by it's side handle, at least when it rips the fall won't probably be as bad as when it falls of your back. With all that said, believe me when I'm saying STAY AWAY FROM THESE THINGS AS FAR AS YOU CAN!! I won't ever buy anything that has a Gator name on it. Not even Gatorade (yes, I'm that traumatized.)

I am so tired of, and from, carrying guitars in cases! I usually have a minimum of three guitars on stage. Carrying 3, or more, cases got to be a real drag - literally.

I just received this Gator double gig-bag and woof! I am SO impressed! Really! I am not one to impress easily or to get gushy over something that looks or performs as advertised. This item rates getting gushy. It is excellent in design and execution. It feels good, looks good and performs well. Beyond my expectations.

this is the best gig bag i have used. it's great! i have never seen a better gig bag. the features are awesome. it protects both guitars great. i like how you can carry 2 guitars at once in one bag. it has been very useful for me.
