The On-Board Fishman Aero Active Preamp transfers the natural acoustic bass tone of the Kingman and features the Fishman Sonicore Pickup, Integrated Electronic Tuner with LED Display and On/Off Switch, Volume, Bass, Mid, Treble, Phase Switch, Low Battery Indicator Light. Operates on a standard 9-volt battery.

The Fender Kingman is a great bass. The neck is very comfortable to play and is 34 in. scale. I purchased mainly for a practice bass. Sounds great unplugged. The jazz style neck is nice if your used to playing an electric. Over all I'm very happy with the bass.
