If you are looking for a nice fender amp with good wattage, then buy this thing!! I got it on sale at a local guitar store, and I dont think I could be happier. This thing has an amazing clean stting; it scoops like no other. Youre electric guitar will sound like a great quality acoustic guitar. The drive setting is very nice; great tone and boost. BUY THIS AMP

I was a little sceptical at first-read all the reviews before I went and played one. This amp will surprise you. Classic fender clean-drive channel with mid scoop handles just about everything else. I have always been a Fender man and have owned some of the best. For small to medium-sized gigs you can't go wrong with this amp. It' light, it's loud and and it's the best buy in a small combo amp out there. Try one!

When it comes to Fender musical instruments I’ve always have sworn by the quality and sound. I bought this Amp as a replacement for a older frontman amp that I had owned already. The first night I got it home I was practicing at low volume and power board blew. Luckily I had purchased it at my local music store and they replaced it. Everything was fine until a show I did a couple of weeks later. It was a medium venue in about a 3800 sq. ft building that had around 350 people in it. The amp sounded great and was more than enough sound for what we were playing. And was covering the drums well. and then poof!! The 12” speaker blew. I was very disappointed that this Amp failed on me in a show, especially when I had the volume only on 4. The Music store replaced the Amp and I haven't had any trouble since. But I’m very weary of using it in another venue

The Amp has the quality Fender sound. Just add a super chorus pedal and you can cover almost any sound that is needed in a cover band. This is very portable Amp and It looks great sitting on a small stage. Just beware that this amp does not hold up well under pressure. If you are going to play medium venues with a sustained volume, go with the fender 212r it’s the same amp sound that can handle it when pushed hard.

I just read my own review of the FM65, posted here back in '07. I play 75-100 gigs per year, and still love the amp, still get lots of compliments on my sound. However, two of them have died on me in 2 1/2 years (Fender replaces them). Don't want to change amps, but I might if this one can't outlive its 5-year warranty. As a long-time player of Fender guitars & amps, I have high expectaions of their products.

I've had this amp for a while now, and I thinks its still a great amp. No its no tube amp but your not paying for one either. Its got the great Fender tone that you would expect along with a good reverb and overdrive, but if you play death metal keep looking. For its size it isn't too heavy but still really sturdy and it is very loud for its size. If mine were stolen I'd buy another one the same day.
